About the role: We're looking for a passionate and innovative Enablement Instructional Designer to create and deliver high-impact training programs. In this role, you'll design learning experiences that drive business outcomes across sales and technical teams, accelerating onboarding, boosting productivity and improving customer engagement. You'll play a key role in aligning enablement strategies with GTM and technical objectives, ensuring both internal and external learners achieve tangible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage role-specific training initiatives for sales executives and managers, covering key areas within the sales motion, including product knowledge, prospecting, qualifying, forecasting and sales conversations.
- Deliver blended learning solutions using in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats-leveraging interactive tools and modern instructional strategies.
- Create enablement assets including e-learning modules, job aids, playbooks, battle cards and coaching guides.
- Collaborate with SMEs, sales leaders and marketing to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging and sales value.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Design foundational and advanced technical training for customers, partners, and internal staff, focusing on ICS/OT cybersecurity.
- Develop modular, reusable content for diverse audiences-security analysts, operators, and IT/OT leadership-across instructor-led and self-paced modalities.
- Integrate simulations, gamification, and interactive assessments to elevate learner engagement.
- Build and manage certifications and assessments to validate learner competency and progress.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product capabilities and updates.
- Incorporate learner and customer feedback to optimize training content and delivery strategies over time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or enablement, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
- Expertise in creating learning paths and training programs for sales and/or technical teams.
- Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles and learning science.
- Proficient in learning platforms and tools such as Articulate, Rise, Adobe Captivate, LMS systems, and video editing tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills-able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience with certification programs, assessment design and learning analytics.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in cybersecurity, ICS/OT or related technical domains.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Experience building customer or partner training programs.

- Salary: $150,000
