Consignment Contract Specialist

About the Role: Gore Medical is looking for a Consignment Contract Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will respond to new and existing consignment contract requests, partner with our Field Sales Associates and Legal Associates, and provide superior service and solutions to our customers.

This position will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona, Tempe, Arizona, or Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new and existing contract requests and inquiries, which includes preparing contract documents for new consignments and determining appropriate revisions for existing agreements
  • Liaison with Legal, Field Sales Associate's, and external customers on contract requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain organizational system to manage contract requests
  • Conduct fact finding research to ensure consistency and proper contract structure
  • Create working relationships through communication and collaboration, partner with strategic accounts, IT, and sales leadership on proposed process improvements
  • Utilize systems, tools, and knowledge showing expertise when handling inquiries which include order processing in an ERP system and Inventory management
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience
  • Perform additional activities as deemed necessary to support the business in this role

Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in an administrative customer-support role where accuracy and process discipline is essential
  • Demonstrated experience with Contract Structure and Terms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Effective and professional communication skills both written and verbal with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with Cross Functional Teams; Flexible, open-minded, and solution-oriented team player
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to stay focused and work independently in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, research and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to develop organizational systems
  • Ability to extract data from multiple sources; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5%



Desired Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working with a global ERP system and Salesforce
  • Project Management and process improvement experience
