Location: Parker Aerospace Group - DSD-Irvine, CA Duration of Summer Internship: 10 - 12 Weeks Position Summary: As IT Helpdesk Intern, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, maintaining inventory lists and documenting all related changes. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company's PCs, printers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking on purchased products, asset management, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. Helpdesk performs tasks assigned by other teams for facilities projects (cable running, server room cleaning, etc.). Additional responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California, New York, Washington. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. The wage range for this role considers allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education, and other business needs.
