Our SDG team in Gilbert, AZ is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team. You will report directly to the Business Site Manager and enjoy an on-site, collaborative working environment.

As our Supply Chain Manager, you will make critical contributions by holding responsibility for:

  • Development and execution of short- and long-term supply chain strategies associated with obtaining electrical parts and components, as well as additional goods/services for a variety of business processes

  • Team oversight to include performance management, coaching, and professional development as well as planning, prioritizing and/or delegating day-to-day tasks/responsibilities

  • Drive supplier relationships to include supplier evaluation, development and relationship/vendor management

  • Lead finished goods demand inventory planning and production planning/control to achieve targeted quality, wastage, and inventory levels

  • Import/export and customs management

  • Address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals

  • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.

  • Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives

  • Logistics optimization to include planning, controlling, and implementing processes related to materials and finished goods storage and movement; inventory management, fleet and transportation management and identifying opportunities for process enhancement/improvement

To be considered for this Supply Chain Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field; equivalent years of experience will also be considered

  • 5-10 years of prior experience in a similar supply chain leadership role with demonstrated tenure in managing cohesive and effective supply chain teams

  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of supply chain strategies, processes, projects, and tactics

  • Excellent knowledge around electronics/electrical parts and components procurement

  • Keen problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver effective solutions to complex problems

  • Strong technical skills to include intermediate-level knowledge of MS Excel (and the entire MS Office suite); SAP experience is helpful!

  • Aerospace/defense industry experience required; ITAR/DPAS knowledge very useful!

Salary Range Transparency:

Phoenix, AZ $110,000.00-$145,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
