Position Summary:

As a Diet Clerk, you will:




  • Obtain meal orders from patients using customer, telephone and computer skills.
  • Coordinates patient diet information with tray line, diet office, dietitians.
  • Coordinates supply orders for hospital departments.



Shift:

Part-time (20 hours per week)

Evening Shift

Weekend Work Required

Education/ Experience




  • High school graduate or equivalent combination of training experience.
  • One-year clerical experience or an equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.
  • Food service experience preferred.


Salary Range: Minimum $18.57/hour - Maximum $30.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
