Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $22.50/hour

Responsibilities:



  • Answer phones and respond to emails with customer service and pricing information
  • Enter orders using WordPress and send payment links to customers
  • Create and send digital proofs for custom orders using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
  • Prepare artwork files using templates and customer assets in Illustrator
  • Print and manage shipping labels for customer orders
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support daily operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively across departments



Qualifications:



  • 1 year of related administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, WordPress, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
