Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm - Monday - Friday

Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct minor plumbing maintenance, including unclogging toilets and drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures.
  • Complete routine painting, carpentry, and repairs to maintain facilities in like-new condition, such as drywall repairs and painting touch-ups.
  • Handle minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements, including fixture repairs, bulb replacements, and outlet repairs.
  • Perform service inspections and asset inspections as necessary.
  • Use technology (tablet, smartphone) to access and complete work orders, submit reports, and track timesheets and expenses.
  • Obtain materials, provide estimates for larger projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and complete other duties as required.


Qualifications:



  • HS diploma or equivalent experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing), or Specialty Floor Care preferred.
  • 2-5 years of mechanical experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry), or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Possess necessary certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to read instructions, write reports, and effectively communicate in individual and group settings.
  • Complete work orders on time and use handheld devices and software (e.g., Microsoft Office) to track progress.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and perform daily maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems.
