Are you ready to take your HVAC skills to the next level? Advantage xPO is hiring a dedicated and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. Hours and Pay:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, plus on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Pay Rate: $28-$33 per hour (Direct Hire).

What You'll Do:



  • Perform preventative maintenance checks and services on HVAC systems, including package units and split units.
  • Inspect and repair steam/hot water boiler systems, airflow, and ducting.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common mechanical, electrical, and system failures.
  • Conduct safe and EPA-compliant handling of refrigerants.
  • Complete repairs such as belt replacements, copper brazing, and leak fixing.
  • Maintain plumbing systems, unclog drains, repair leaks, and replace fixtures.
  • Perform minor carpentry, painting, and electrical maintenance.
  • Create and submit service reports and quality inspection images.
  • Maintain communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

What You Bring:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and general building maintenance.
  • Universal EPA Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld device software for managing work orders.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to read and understand safety policies, technical manuals, and building regulations.
