Schedule: 10am - 6pm

Pay: $12/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, accurately gather and record caller information, and assess situations to determine the appropriate response or department. You'll enter call details into the system with precision, provide instructions or information when needed, and remain composed in high-pressure situations. The position requires close collaboration with dispatchers and other departments to ensure timely resolution, while escalating urgent or complex issues as necessary.

Qualifications:



  • Must have one year of related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in call center, customer service, or dispatch preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing with proficiency in computer applications and call systems.
  • Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
