Job Description

Residency program support- Maintain and update lecture and events schedule and log of residents, maintain and update VA attending calendar, maintain and take notes for resident meetings, and make travel arrangements for residents. Plan monthly journal club which includes searching and download articles and corresponding with the moderator.
Facilitate and prepare the facility for the journal club meeting.

Visiting professor series- Plan and schedule visiting professor lectures including resident and alumni day scientific session and combined University of Missouri Symposium along with applying CMEs for these events.

Medical student coordinator- schedule medical student rotators and vetting process, submit evaluations, and manage applications in VSAS (visiting student applications services) submitted by outside medical students

Manages On-call schedule to VA and Hospital - for faculty and residents

MBM ( mission based management) - updating and entering educational activities.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ( 40 hours/week)

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $14.80- 25.84/hour
Grade: GGS-006
