Join Our Team as an Exercise Science Specialist!

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with leading researchers and clinicians to design and lead cutting-edge exercise programs, conduct physiological testing, and educate participants. You'll play a key role in advancing research while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. As a successful candidate, you will:

• Staff Management & Development: Oversees hiring, onboarding, training, and supervision of Exercise Physiologists; identifies skill gaps and provides ongoing development and feedback.
• Operational Oversight: Acts as the primary liaison between exercise physiology and research teams; ensures workflows and procedures align with protocol requirements.
• Training & Performance Monitoring: Develops and implements training plans; monitors staff performance, approves time off, and addresses disciplinary issues in coordination with leadership.
• Quality & Compliance: Conducts audits to ensure data accuracy and adherence to research protocols and regulatory standards.
• Project Leadership: Supports and coordinates special research and departmental projects; contributes expertise in exercise physiology and research methodology.
• Resource & Workflow Management: Assesses staffing needs, schedules work activities, and ensures efficient coverage and service delivery.

Your qualifications should include:

• Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in exercise testing, rehabilitation, and clinical exercise
• Background in oncology, cardiology stress testing, and clinical research
