Senior Marketing Specialist Affordable Care Act and Medicaid Retention

Job Summary

This position will lead the development and execution of our Affordable Care Act and Medicaid member retention and education strategy and foster a best in class experience for Priority Health members. In addition, the position will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of key marketing and communications initiatives aimed at educating and retaining Affordable Care Act and Medicaid membership. Knowledge of current marketing practices and trends; including email, direct mail and educational web content as well as the ability to project manage and execute, will set you apart from others.

Essential Functions
  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainable marketing strategic plans and key initiatives for assigned client organizations and other annual marketing projects

  • Develop and executing retention and education strategy for Affordable Care Act and Medicaid membership

  • Implement marketing and communications strategies, initiatives, and campaigns that focus on member retention and education.

  • Oversee the development and production of materials and outputs ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, budgets, etc.

  • Serve as point of contact for assigned projects and partner with key areas of the business across the Priority Health organization

  • Manage the completion of day to day tasks, such as updating documents, creating presentations, reporting

  • Translate complex information and create messaging across target audiences and tactics

  • Align with client organizations to gain a detailed understanding of their business functions, strategies, and operating plans to ensure marketing strategic plans and creative solutions support client objectives and marketing road maps.

  • Consult with internal and external resources to ensure the proper development and execution of marketing communication plans and programs, ensuring consistencies and avoiding duplication of efforts.

  • Partner with other client groups to establish metrics to measure and analyze results of potential and implemented marketing strategic plans.

  • Develop annual content marketing calendars and formally report progress updates relative to annual marketing strategic plans.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration related or equivalent

  • 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role

  • 5 years of relevant experience in project management

  • Strong cross-functional communications skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve conflicts internally and externally

  • Ability to measure and report on campaigns for continuous improvement and Return on Investment.
