As a UI Product Designer you will create visually compelling and intuitive web portals that serve business enterprise customers and carriers for the Trusted Call Solutions portfolio. Enterprise portals provide businesses with voice call analytics and management capabilities to optimize their calling strategies. Carrier portals help telecom service providers manage their products, oversee approvals and gain insights into their enterprise customer portfolio.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years' experience in UI/UX design, preferably for B2B, enterprise or telecom-related platforms
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, experience with HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Ability to simplify complex data sets into actionable, easy to understand
  • Occasional travel

We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your development in:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing dashboard design

Impact You'll Make:

  • Design web portals that cater to two distinct user groups: 1) Carriers: Managing trusted call solution products, handling approvals, tracking performance, and responding to inquiries 2) Enterprises: Monitoring brand performance, gaining actionable insights, and optimizing voice call strategies.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for dashboards, approval workflows and analytic tools
  • Transform complex data into clear, visually intuitive insights that help users make informed decisions
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing to refine the experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align design solutions with technical capabilities and business goals.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
