*Description*
Provide general administration support to all Beazley staff housed in the New York Beazley office including managing facilities, scanning documents, file and supplies organization, daily and overnight mail and packages, routine correspondence and enquiries, visitor management, and comprehensive regular maintenance of high-traffic areas in the office. Support with the end to end process for new joiners from issuing contracts to liaising with third party benefits suppliers to undertaking first day induction Manage the end to end process for leavers Manage all change in terms for current employees Provide comprehensive support to the business partners and their specific business areas To provide advice and guidance to employees on HR operational procedures and practices To maintain accurate and orderly employee records and files on all employees Manage all processes associated with absence and leave including maternity, adoption and paternity leave, flexible working requests, holiday and sickness Responsible for managing the global inbox, ensuring that all SLA's are met and that queries are managed appropriately Ensure the systems is up to date by inputting information in a timely manner Participate and support in team projects as required Support with the end to end process for all benefits administration and maintain accurate records, as needed Provide support with payroll queries, as needed Support on operational requirements for internal and external audits Be a system super user for our core system *Skills* Microsoft, Office 365, office manager/administrative, administrative assistance, executive assistant *Top Skills Details* Microsoft,Office 365,office manager/administrative,administrative assistance,executive assistant *Additional Skills & Qualifications* office manager office admin administrative assistant executive assistant Experience in administration Experience of working in a administrative environment would be desirable Customer service experience Experience of administering assessments & online tests is advantageous *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.77 - $30.77/hr.
