*Description*
Responsibilites include: -Answering inbound calls from patients regarding appointment requests, supporting prescription refill requests, questions related to lab results, etc. -Excellent communication with clinical business partners -Must align with IU Health Values - (Purpose, Team, Compassion, and Excellence) -Acts as a "front office" supporting the IU Health Physician clinics across the state -Support a variety of different service lines -Team members must adhere to their set schedule. Quality and call metrics are closely monitored by leaders and quality experts. Submittal Process: 1. Identify candidate and complete attached lockdown form (located in Notes&Attachments) 2. Schedule time in my calendar for a quick, 10-15 minute G3 with your candidate 3. Send over sub package with the following: -Dubbed resume -Completed lockdown form -Interview Availability 4. I will conduct G3 with your candidate. If they are a fit, I will get them on the IUH schedule 5. Sub in Connected and move to the selected interview time *Skills* call center, customer service, data entry *Top Skills Details* call center *Additional Skills & Qualifications* IU Health Equipment is provided: -2 monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse -Team member is responsible for providing high speed internet that meet department requirements -Team member is responsible for having a private, secured home environment to ensure equipment is protected and HIPAA policies are followed. -Team members cannot be the primary caregiver in the home during shift hours *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
