Job Title: Program Manager - AML/KYC De-Banking & De-Risking
Job Category: Program Management | Regulatory Compliance | Financial Services About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a high-impact AML/KYC De-Banking and De-Risking initiative. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance by identifying and offboarding high-risk customers, while implementing scalable, technology-driven solutions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: * Lead AML De-Risking Programs: Drive the strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise-wide de-banking initiatives targeting high-risk customer segments. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all program activities align with AML/KYC regulations, internal policies, and audit expectations. * Program Oversight: Manage complex, cross-functional programs within a scaled PMO environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. * Technical Implementation: Partner with IT and data teams to implement robust technical solutions that support AML/KYC workflows and automation. * Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, compliance, legal, and operational teams to align program goals and communicate progress. * Team Enablement: Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen AML/KYC capabilities across the organization. Qualifications: * Experience: 10+ years in program or project management within large financial institutions, with at least 5 years focused on AML/KYC or regulatory compliance. * Prior experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 bank, with a deep understanding of de-risking and de-banking practices. * Technical Acumen: Proven experience in implementing technical solutions, including systems integration and data-driven decision-making. * Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications preferred. CAMS or ACAMS certification is a strong asset. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. * Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with emerging AML/KYC technologies and best practices. * Experience managing regulatory change programs or remediation efforts. * Strong understanding of data governance and analytics in compliance contexts. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $150.00/hr.
