Technical Sourcer for a Large Media Company

Fully Remote in US

6 Month Assignment

Pay Range $35-$45 per hour w2


Looking for a technical sourcer focused on recruitment process for Greencard applications.

Responsibilities

Manage PERM Recruitment postings on external and internal websites via Greenhouse
Manage screening of resumes received against role profile, and disposition accordingly
Working with immigration attorneys, document and provide qualification feedback on resumes for submission with applications
Schedule interviews with qualified candidates with the hiring manager

Qualifications
strong ability to review resumes against skills and qualifications needed for the posted role
Minimum 2 years experience in a sourcer role at a tech company
good communication skills, written and verbal
experience in greenhouse or similar HRM/applicant tracking system
ability to learn quickly and drive processes forward

Estimated Min Rate: $35.00
Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
