Overview

This is a full-time, on-site, hybrid career opportunity based out of one of Fulton Bank work locations in Southern NJ. Specific work Location to be determined.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide financial guidance and relationship management for affluent consumer clients in the assigned banking region, maximizing household wallet share across all FFC products and services (investment, consumer credit, deposit, residential mortgage), and increasing bank household market share. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and increasing client introductions, and sourcing business for other FFA business lines (Wealth Management, Retirement Services and Charitable Services), in their assigned region. This position will require frequent travel.



Responsibilities

    Develop and execute a successful sales strategy in collaboration with consumer and commercial sales partners to engage with existing affluent and high net worth households.
  • Utilize goal-based financial planning and account aggregation software in order to deliver consultative financial product and service solutions, and achieve sales and customer experience goals/targets as assigned.
  • Partner with internal FFA team members and relationship teams (Wealth Advisors, PM's, FA's, FMC LO's, other PB's, FFA product specialists) to maximize household FFA fee business and overall FB product wallet share.
  • Develop external referral networks and centers of influence for new client opportunities.


Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or other applicable. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Banking and/or Financial Services Sales. (Required)

Certifications

FINRA certification (must obtain within 2 years of hire). (Preferred)

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Pay Transparency

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $61,500.00 - $102,500.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
