As an Operations Services Lead at First Citizens Bank, you will be responsible for supporting the branch sales or service manager in the operational management of the branch. Processes teller transactions and other customer service requests. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools and resources. Responsible for identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. This position supports the sales efforts of a branch team. A successful candidate will demonstrate:
This role will float to other branches nearby. Gas mileage will be reimbursed. Responsibilities The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management Preferred Area of Experience: Management or supervisory experience License or Certification Type: Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided. Gas mileage will be reimbursed.
