Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the AI Solutions Architect role, you will design and modify technology architecture to ensure seamless software integration. You will drive rapid value delivery, ensuring solutions meet or exceed client expectations and support growth aligned with the targeted customer roadmap. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and analysts to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and internal reporting tools, with an eye for detail to inform decision-making and ensure appropriate presentation and program documentation.

What you'll do and impact:

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand product capabilities and limitations. Lead the design of scalable, maintainable solutions to meet current and future client needs.

  • Create high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate potential solutions to customers.

  • Work with sales and marketing to develop personalized demos showcasing our solutions' value.

  • Establish and promote engineering best practices focused on sustainability and maintainability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within engineering teams.

  • Act as a liaison between DS leadership, customers, and technical teams to facilitate solution development. Continuously incorporate feedback into solution development to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Transition alliances and partnerships into tangible client value with a focus on rapid delivery and scalability.

  • Develop and implement a scalable approach for expanding our customer base, including a comprehensive success playbook.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to potential customers.

  • Define and document solution architecture for engagements, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

  • Successfully execute strategic programs and partner development engagements, including project planning, resource coordination, and process development in collaboration with program management and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer related field

  • 10+ years of software delivery work experience, including experience designing and building scalable solutions deployed for external customers.

  • 2+ years in a technology mentorship or leadership role

  • Experience with networking, storage, telecommunications, and database concepts, both on-premises and in the cloud

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Experience defining and implementing metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
