Tysons Corner, Virginia Pay from: $25 per hour MUST: Experienced Patient Care Coordinator 2 Plus years of Patient Care Coordinator experience Experience working in a Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic, Surgical Dermatology, Or MEDSPA highly preferred Must have experience closing sales Must have Social Media and Marketing experience Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Must have experience do following up on patient treatment planes and procedure quotes Must be comfortable working side by side with the doctor in treatment rooms Experience handling surgeries authorization when needed Experience with booking surgeries highly preferred DUTIES: Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: Answering multi-line phone system, taking messages, returning calls and routing calls Scheduling and confirming appointments Counsel and educate patients about the products, procedures, treatments, and surgeries we provide Help promote the office, products, and procedures on social media platforms Assist the physician in taking patient pictures, handling uploading up photos to proper patient record Assist with up selling products to patient Accurately inputting patient information into scheduling system Administrative tasks (printing, updating forms etc.) Answer patient questions and ease patient concerns in person, by phone and email Follow-up and follow-through contact for patients seeking surgery Patient follow up Assisting with the day-to-day operations of office Knowledge of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery procedures, Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Radiesses, Juvederm, Perlane, Restylane), laser treatments (IPL, Fractional CO2, Erbium and laser hair removal) Patient interviewing, conducting a consultation and patient counseling, pre-oping for surgery, pre-op, post-op care. Post-operative care, including dressing changes, for the gamut of plastic surgery procedures (facial, rhinoplasty, and body procedures). Administrative duties include inventory control, ordering of medical supplies, flipping and cleaning rooms and stocking rooms. Knowledge of skin care including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and ability to interact with estheticians in the same institute for cross referrals (surgery to skin care and vice versa) Enhancing patients/customers experience by providing clerical/technical support Greeting patients at front desk reception area, ensuring that the patient has signed in and has all necessary and up to date insurance information Properly handling incoming calls; take complete messages with accurate information using message intake form *Quadrant, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
