Human Resources Coordinator - Twin Town

Green Bay Packaging is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Coon Rapids, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start a career in HR and make a meaningful impact by supporting our employees and HR operations.

In this role, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Help coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives
• Respond to employee questions and direct them to the right resources

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a confidential environment and keep employee records, great attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent (HR coursework or degree a plus)
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with internal employees and external candidates, a positive and professional image. Willingness to learn.

Starting pay of $20-$22/hour.
