Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Network Incident Manager to work in our Charlotte, NC office.

Role Overview:

The Network Incident Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing network incidents, ensuring timely resolution, and minimizing impact on business operations. The incumbent will use strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in networking
  • Must have an understanding of project management
  • Must have prior experience with post-incident review (reason for outages, etc.)
  • Must have experience in the Telecom industry



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network management or incident response is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and incident management tools.
