THE JOB:

Join the pulse of the city as a Nightlife VIP Host at Borgata, where energy meets elegance. We're looking for outgoing and friendly individuals to ensure an unforgettable experience for every guest. As a vital part of our team, you will help build a loyal clientele, manage weekly table reservations, and boost venue visibility through authentic social media engagement.

THE STARTING RATE:$22.00 + commission

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Actively works to satisfy our customers concerns and correct any service breakdown by making the immediate supervisor or any management team member aware of such action or procedure

• Communicates frequently with supervisors, both verbally and in writing to keep informed of upcoming events and promotions.

• Maintains a positive work environment and fully engages in company training.

• Acts as an ambassador of the venue, marketing the venue and all products offered to the targeted customer base.

• Actively markets the venue through available social media outlets.

• Collects customer information for the venue database, while constantly striving to increase the size of our personal clientele.

• Meets marketing and sales requirements established by management.

• Grows and maintains a strong relationship with various local businesses and contacts to gain referral business from local customers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
