THE JOB:

At MGM National Harbor, every detail matters-and as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you make sure nothing gets missed. You'll lead a dynamic team behind the scenes, keeping guest rooms and public areas flawless while creating an environment where excellence is the standard. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned area; supervise, train, direct, and assist all employees assigned to the area; distribute workload fairly and evenly.

• Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons; provide regular feedback on job responsibilities and guest service.

• Ensure cleanliness of rooms, hallways, lockers, and lobbies; perform daily written guest room inspections and frequent visual inspections of rooms and public areas.

• Monitor work productivity and communicate areas below standards to the assigned Executive Assistant Housekeeper; counsel and discipline employees who violate policies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possesses High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or environmental services.
• Demonstrates confident, empathetic leadership with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
