About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll workaspartofateaminascrumsettingand must be aself- motivated,proactive,andout-of-the-boxthinker.

Role Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

What you will be doing:

Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Understanding authentication, authorization, and user identity lifecycle management.

SSO Protocols & Standards
Experience with SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.

IDP Solutions
Hands-on experience with providers like Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.

Directory Services
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and SCIM for user provisioning.

Security Best Practices
Experience with MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and zero-trust security models.

API & Integration
Ability to integrate IDP with third-party applications via REST APIs and SDKs.

Troubleshooting & Logs
Proficiency in debugging authentication issues using logs, monitoring tools, and browser dev tools.

Scripting & Automation (Nice to have)
Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and configuration.

What you will need:
* Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
* A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - Master's degree is desirable.
