- Leads new Product Development Engineering teams and collaborates with multiple functions to and define, develop, and deploy strategic initiatives and/or product roadmaps that maximize the value of the business and profitability of new products
- Ensure functional commitments are achieved, strong understanding of Product Development Engineering deliverables within agreed-on time, cost, and quality parameters. Understand Key Engineering Product Requirements and Deliverables: PVSR, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R
- Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
- Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed-on time, cost, and quality parameters
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, Project Analysis through required project documentation
- Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
- Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
- Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
- Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
- Responsible for the successful completion of the project
- Assist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents required for file

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering or Technical Degree or technical new product development experience
- 2-4 years project management experience
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science
- Project Management Professional Certified
- 5-7 years of experience

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400k - $106,600K + up to 10% bonus. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
