About the role:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with Worldpay clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the commercial side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight, and service delivery.

About the team:

The team is responsible for managing the payment business globally for the mid-market portfolio at Worldpay, driving additional revenue from accounts to meet financial growth targets.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain positive and consistent relationships with mid-market clients.
  • Sell Worldpay's products and services to grow business across the mid-market portfolio.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders globally (Product, Legal, Finance, etc.) to meet mutual objectives and achieve the best outcomes for customers.
  • Focus on account retention with a growth mindset and explore new opportunities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and Worldpay resources.
  • Ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is executed, and operational arrangements are in place.

What you will need:

  • Prior sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to understand and apply concepts to effectively structure and solve customer problems, while thinking 'big picture' to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Takes ownership of customer-impacting projects and is proactive in resolving customer challenges quickly.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple time-sensitive projects for our customers.
  • Ability to engage and influence people at all levels and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Payments or fin-tech experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.

The pay range for this full-time position is $77,500.00 - $126,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
