Position Description Your Opportunity: TechSource is seeking a managing director for the Albuquerque Program Management Office (PMO) to manage the strategic direction, operational leadership, and business development of TechSource's flagship technical hub. You will oversee high-impact programs across DOE and DoD clients. You will ensure the PMO delivers exceptional results. This position is based in our Albuquerque office, with some options to telework a few days per week. What You Will Do: * Lead the Albuquerque PMO in alignment with TechSource's mission and strategic growth objectives. * Lead and develop a team of senior program managers, project managers, and technical SMEs. * Shape and expand capabilities in hypersonics, weapons system design, test and evaluation, threat and vulnerability, and nuclear weapons lifecycle support. * Build strategic partnerships. * Oversee delivery of complex technical services across DOE and DoD. * Ensure programmatic and technical engagement with key clients, such as Pantex M&O, SNL, DTRA, USA Nuclear Weapons Center, and Boeing/LMFT. * Champion TechSource's role as a partner of choice and technical integrator on high-stakes programs. * Lead capture and proposal development efforts in accordance with the PMO's core competencies. * Identify and pursue new opportunities in hypersonics, accelerator technologies, and emerging DOE/DoD needs. What You Will Need: * Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance. * 15 or more years of DOE or DoD work experience, with at least 6 years of management experience. * Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business. Master's degree preferred. * Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary programs in nuclear weapons, hypersonics, test engineering, or threat reduction. * Proven experience managing a portfolio of contracts and driving business development. * Ability to travel to customer sites, corporate headquarters, and industry engagements (20%) Preferred skills: * Deep knowledge of the NNSA Nuclear Security Enterprise and its mission structure. * Familiarity with DOE 413.3B lifecycle processes, MBSE, and LINAC/pulsed power systems. * Strong understanding of vulnerability assessments, digital twin technologies, and mission assurance frameworks. |
