Staffmark is partnering with a fast-growing manufacturer in Cleveland, TN
to find a reliable and skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician for a full-time third shift position. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team, earn competitive pay, and grow within a stable company.

Pay: $24.52 - $26.20/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities



  • Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and electrical systems
  • Quickly troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimize downtime
  • Assist with new equipment installation and plant expansion projects
  • Maintain spare parts inventory to support efficient maintenance operations
  • Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with safety and regulatory standards



Qualifications



  • 2-3 years of electrical maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
