Overview

The D&C Project Coordinator provides support to Project Management team.

* Prepares weekly project status reports for those projects that are under construction.

* Assists in preparing ID, Arch Purchasing Agent and GC RFPs.

* Prepares and routes contracts for ID, Arch, PA, GCs and other miscellaneous vendors and consultants.

* Prepares and routes GC Change Orders.

* Works with PA to track deliveries.

* Provides general D&C team support.

* Performs any other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a relevant field.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work well in a team environment.

* Must be able to work independently and pro-actively with minimal supervision.

* High level of attention to detail.

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? Yes
