API Integration & AI Engineer (Mid Level)

CRI advantage is looking for an API Integration & AI Engineer (Mid Level) with 2+ years of experience in systems integration, software development, or automation implementation. You must be experienced with REST APIs & authentication (OAuth2, API keys) and Automation tools (Zapier, Make, ServiceNow Flow Designer).

• Programming/scripting (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript)
• API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
• AI model integration (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.)
• Integration platforms (Power Automate, MuleSoft)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Interest in agentic AI tools/frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)
• Exposure to large language models (Cohere, OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience or interest in ServiceNow's Agentic AI capabilities
• Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP)
