Job Title: Test Lead

Location(s): Woodland Hills, CA

(Hybrid)

• Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and scenarios for ETL processes. Prepare detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documents
• Test Execution: Execute test cases, validate ETL processes, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ETL processes
• Status Reporting: Generate and present test reports, metrics, and status updates to stakeholders.

• Informatica, Snowflake DB, Data Testing, Expertise in SQL, QA Processes, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Insurance industry experience is a "huge plus point."
• They should know how to write SQL, as it is "extremely important" for writing validation queries on Snowflake to validate data transformations.
• They need to interpret functional requirements with the BA and translate them into test scenarios.
• They will be dealing with numbers and reconciliation, comparing data with production and lower environments.
