Director, Air Force Logistics Reporting directly to the VP, Air Force programs, the Director will assist with providing company Air Force Logistics strategic direction to meet goals and grow the business. The Director will also: * Ensure customers' needs are met, maintain/improve relationships, communicate key program issues and communicate key management issues to Senior Leadership and into the local logistics organization * Manage the program execution of the AF Logistics programs and operations * Direct the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls of the AF Logistics operation to guarantee financial operating integrity * Establish and maintain close customer and supplier relationships * Develop strategic business area markets * Manage organizational changes * Prepares and delivers operational reviews to Company Senior Leadership. Essential Functions: * Oversee SES AF Logistics Program execution. Drive cost, schedule, performance * Provide customer service by being responsive and available to meet requirements * Develop customer contact plan and meet regularly with them * Manage financial responsibility by ensuring programs effectively meet cost and schedule requirements * Stay current and connected with USAF/Warner Robins (WR) requirements to help in determining business market strategies and potential company growth areas * Manage SES AF Logistics program personnel. Communicate changes as required * Provide briefings on Warner Robins Logistics Business Plan to Senior Company Leadership, Company Overview to customers and various presentations as required * Education:Bachelor of Science required. * Experience:Minimum of fifteen years combined USAF acquisition and Foreign Military Sales fields required; In-depth knowledge and experience working within the Warner Robins AFB Complex strongly recommended. General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel required
