SUMMARY:Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition the Recruiter will be responsible for owning and managing the ongoing recruitment and selection of qualified talent for open positions. The Recruiter will drive creative sourcing strategies to identify the most qualified candidates and work with hiring managers at Brown University Health to represent job opportunities in the marketplace. They will also build relationships with educational institutions/programs (e.g. with various universities colleges and training programs)in order toeducate and engage students/graduates in Brown University Health opportunities and cultivate talent pipelines at key schools. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor*s degree required or equivalent experience. One plus years of recruiting experience required. Additional related experience required for specialized roles. Ability to accurately interpret and apply policies procedures and laws related to employment activities. Clear sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task Proven track record of success recruiting hard to fill positions quickly Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills essential. Interpersonal skills necessary to deal courteously and effectively in sensitive and confidential issues by telephone in writing and in face-to-face contacts with the public and with associates at all levels of Brown University Health. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates and continually assesses the effectiveness of recruiting strategies for industry-related professional positions. Manages and owns the end-to-end process of selection and placement of qualified candidates.
Partners with hiring managers to make hiring recommendations that support business goals.
