Job Title: Technical Lead

Location(s): Woodland Hills, CA

(Hybrid 3 days a week)

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, DBT (Data Build Tool), and Snowflake.
• Implement data integration strategies for Data Vault architecture and Snowflake database environments.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from DB2 and Snowflake sources.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-performance data processing and transformation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through close collaboration with stakeholders in the insurance domain.
• Participate actively in the SAFe Agile framework including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage tasks, user stories, and workflows using Rally (Agile Central).

• ETL Development: Expert in developing Informatica mappings and workflows.
• DBT & Snowflake: Strong hands-on experience with DBT for SQL-based transformations within the Snowflake ecosystem.
• SQL: Advanced SQL skills for querying, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Legacy Migration: Lead efforts to convert legacy ETL processes from Informatica to DBT.
• Data Warehousing: Proficient in Snowflake as the central data warehouse solution.
• Agile Methodologies: Experienced with SAFe Agile practices and tools like Rally for project tracking.
• Insurance Domain: In-depth understanding of insurance business processes and data requirements.

• ETL Tools: Informatica PowerCenter, DBT.
• Databases: Snowflake, DB2.
• Languages: SQL.
• Project Management: Rally (Agile Central).
• Frameworks: SAFe Agile.
