YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Production and Shipping Maintenance Manager opportunity in our Guymon, OK pork processing facility. In this key role, you will lead maintenance operations across the Production Floor, Value Added, and Shipping areas. Your mission is to reduce downtime, drive operational efficiency, and ensure a safe, high-performing production environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to deliver continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and maximize uptime.
