Job DescriptionOpportunity at a Glance Adtalem is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Transformation to join its Transformation Office. In this high-impact role, you will work across Adtalem's enterprise and its five institutions to lead and implement strategic growth initiatives. You'll serve as a critical connector, driving progress, facilitating alignment, and ensuring operational rigor across functions and institutions. This role demands strong leadership, project-based experience, and the ability to move quickly and effectively within a matrixed environment. You'll collaborate with internal teams across all levels and functional areas, including Marketing, Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, Enrollment, Student Services, and Faculty Operations, as well as external partners, to enable sustainable, measurable business improvements. In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $100171.61 and $175761.85. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
