Senior Specialist, Store Allocation

Support the in-season Allocation and Trading across Factory Outlet stores. Execute of the initial allocations and in-season replenishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute initial allocations for one or more classes
• Monitor and execute weekly replenishment allocations based on sales trends, sales forecasts, promotional events, and overall business strategies
• Collaborate with Buying partners for alignment on where product should be sent.
• Establish strong relationships cross functionally to resolve allocation exceptions that are escalated due to sales performance or supply changes
• Communicate with Buying & Planning partners around allocation strategies and results inclusive of risk and opportunity
• Attend weekly, monthly, and seasonal meetings with cross-functional team members.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Allocation experience is a plus
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that requires continual multi-tasking, prioritization and the ability to pivot
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of retail math
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the business via written and in-person communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an intermediate skill level in Excel
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in business or related field
• 2+yrs of related experience in retail Allocation, Planning and/or Merchandising preferred
• Fluent in English
