Prime Time Healthcare is searching for an Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. The Account Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with healthcare facility partners while overseeing the full sales and placement process. This role serves as the connection between our clients and recruiting teams, helping identify staffing needs, communicate job opportunities, drive candidate submissions, and ensure a strong experience from initial order through placement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is comfortable managing a high volume of client relationships, job orders, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facility partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop a strong understanding of each client's staffing needs, processes, and priorities
- Manage a high volume of open positions, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand available talent and identify the best candidates for client needs
- Communicate new job opportunities, client updates, market trends, and hiring priorities to recruiting teams
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase business
- Develop new relationships and expand Prime Time Healthcare's presence within assigned accounts
- Clearly articulate Prime Time Healthcare's staffing solutions and differentiate our services from competitors
- Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and other placement details when necessary
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the entire sales and placement process
- Work closely with internal teams including Recruiting, Credentialing, Compliance, Payroll, and Operations to ensure successful placements
- Monitor account activity, staffing trends, fill rates, and overall client performance
- Accurately maintain client information, job orders, candidate activity, rates, and documentation within the CRM
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining strong long-term partnerships
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-moving sales environment
Qualifications
- Previous sales, account management, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience preferred
- Healthcare staffing experience preferred but not required
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable communicating frequently by phone, email, and other communication channels
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, candidates, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Competitive, motivated, and comfortable working toward performance and revenue goals
- Ability to work effectively with recruiters and other internal teams in a collaborative sales environment
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
- Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/data preferred
