What You'll Do:

• Drive timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and financial statements.
• Deliver meaningful insights through financial analysis on sales, margins, expenditures, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity with monthly general ledger reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.
• Lead the preparation of Capital Expenditure Requests with robust documentation and analysis.
• Manage Fixed Asset processes-from capitalization and depreciation to tracking disposals and bi-annual inventories.
• Conduct monthly credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Partner in audit readiness, supporting both internal and external audit processes.
• Collaborate across teams with ad hoc support in AP, AR, and Payroll

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Agility to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a strong plus
