New Graduate RN Residency, Medical-Surgical (36 hours, Perm Night or Day-Night Rotating depending on unit availability) Please read the application instructions thoroughly. ***Oncology, Neurology, Renal, Geriatric & Cardiology, Orthopedics, Post-Op*** The preferred candidate has graduated from nursing school within twelve (12) months before their date of hire. Also, the role is designated for nurses who encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the health care continuum. The registered nurse is accountable for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscal patient care outcomes using the model of care designed by the nursing department and following established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards of practice. Active BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers is required. Pass NCLEX prior to interview. Flu Shot is required prior to start. NursingNewGrad Compensation Range: $38.05- $75.33This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
