Job Description Job Title: Senior Finance Manager US Engineering & Operating Costs Working Pattern: Fulltime Working location: Indianapolis, IN (hybrid working) The Senior Finance Manager will support the Defence US engineering team as a critical finance business partner. They will support transition to the new ET&S organization, ensuring consistency and compliance within the accounting framework. Alongside this they will drive performance management to influence decisions on cost rates and general operating cost for the US. The role will work within a team of 3 - one finance manager and one analyst - reporting into the VP of Engineering, procurement & IT finance. Why Rolls-Royce?
